1. Booking and Reservation:
Clients interested in Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking must secure their bookings by paying a non-refundable deposit. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit, and the remaining balance is typically due a specified number of days before the safari departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy outlines the refund structure based on the timing of cancellation. Clients are encouraged to review this policy carefully, as it determines the percentage of the total cost refunded if cancellation occurs. Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and evacuation expenses. Travel insurance is the responsibility of each participant, and proof of coverage may be required.

Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking reserves the right to make changes, ensuring the safety and best interests of the clients while aiming to maintain the overall safari experience.
5. Health Requirements:
Participants must meet specific health requirements for their chosen safari, including any necessary vaccinations and medical considerations. It is the responsibility of each client to consult with their healthcare provider and comply with these health standards.
6. Travel Documents:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and permits, as per the regulations of the countries visited. Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking will provide necessary assistance and information, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
7. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects local cultures, wildlife, and the environment. This includes following park regulations, guidelines from guides, and practicing responsible and sustainable tourism.

Clients are required to sign a liability waiver before the commencement of the safari, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with wildlife activities and releasing Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking from liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip.
10. Dispute Resolution:
In the rare event of a dispute between the client and Wild Hazina Safaris & Trekking, both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through negotiation.
